terms :

Payment can be made in Euro cash, cheque, bank transfer.

A deposit of one months rental is required at the time of signing the rental agreement. The monthly rental is due on the 1st day of each month of rental.

Maximum number of occupants is 2.

Electricity, water and internet is the responsabilty of the tenant.

We are unable to accommodate children under 8 or pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Bed linen and shower and hand towels are provided (not beach towels).

Free parking is available in the public car parks and surrounding streets. Loading and unloading is easily possible outside The Village House upon arrival and during departure.
