GENERAL :
The interior surface of the main house alone is 177m2 of which 111 m2 is classified as ‘surface habitable’ with a further 81 m2 of exterior space.
The entire property has double glazed windows and French doors. Heating is a mix of pellet burner, electric radiators and reversible air conditioning.
Unusually for a ‘maison de village’ the main living accommodation is on the ground floor which is very practical and also means that the living areas have the outside courtyard directly accessible on the same level.

The kitchen is located in what used to be the stable. It has lovely exposed timber beams and original exposed stone wall. The large living room has a vaulted ceiling, built in cupboards and solid oak parquet flooring. There are satellite cables for both French and UK television.
Workshop and storeroom – 25 m2
Off of the courtyard is another utility space plumbed for a washing machine plus a very large workshop and store room that could be used for many purposes. There is further storage under the exterior staircase to the terrace.
FIRST FLOOR :
Accessed either via the main interior staircase or directly from the first floor terrace.
There are two double bedrooms on this level, both with en-suite bathrooms plus a reception room and cloakroom WC.
