terms :

Payment can be made in Euro cash, cheque or bank transfer.

A deposit of one months rent is required at the time of signing the rental agreement with the monthly rental payments due on the 1st day of each monthly period.

Minimum rental period is 3 months

Maximum number of guests is 4.

Electricity, water and internet is responsibility of the tenant.

Our home is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility and we are unable to accommodate children under 8 or pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Please be aware that from the entrance hall there is a staircase to the living accommodation on the 1st floor and a second flight of stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

Bed linen and shower and hand towels are provided (not beach towels).

All rooms and landings have modern economic electric storage radiator heating.

Salon with seating for 6, dining table and seating for 6.

Free parking is available in the public car parks and surrounding streets. Loading and unloading is easily possible outside The Village House upon arrival and during departure.
