terms :

Payment can be made in Euro cash, cheque, bank transfer or card payment via Paypal. (paypal will incur a 3% surcharge)

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Minimum reservation is 7 nights.

Maximum number of guests is 7.

Arrival and departure dates can be any day of the week.

A charge for Electricity is payable at the end of the stay. The meter is read at the beginning and end of your stay. A deposit will be taken at the beginning of you stay depending on your length of stay and will be communicated to you prior to your arrival. The balance payable will be issued at the end of your stay or monthly for longer term lets. For lets of one year the electricity contract will be transferred to the tennant.

Our home is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility and we are unable to accommodate children under 8 or pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Please be aware that from the entrance hall there is a staircase to the living accommodation on the 1st floor and a second flight of stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

Free WiFi internet connection is usually available + TV with French freeview satellite, CD stereo

Bed linen and shower and hand towels are provided (not beach towels).

Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron, vacuum, induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, hairdryers.

All rooms and landings have modern economic electric storage radiator heating.

The living accommodation is reversible air-conditioned.

Free parking is available in the public car parks and surrounding streets. Loading and unloading is easily possible outside The Village House upon arrival and during departure.
